This course is a general introduction to Dialogflow, Google’s conversational UX platform. It specifically covers Dialogflow Essentials (v2) and not Dialogflow CX (v3). This course is designed for all disciplines and should be taken by all team members starting on a Dialogflow project. It covers core concepts of Dialogflow, and walks you through building a sample agent. Programming experience is not required.
